Our experienced staff will make sure to take care of all the cleaning needs of your office, from dusting and vacuuming to sanitizing and polishing. Our service is designed to provide a clean and healthy environment for your team while ensuring that the quality of your office remains top-notch. Tasks such as: * Empty and Dispose of Garbage * Spot Clean all Switches and Doors * Dust all Horizontal Surfaces within Reach * Wipe all horizontal surfaces * Vacuum Carpets *Replace Garbage Liners as Needed *Mopping Hard Surface *Cleaning & Disinfecting Fixtures & Countertops *Cleaning Mirrors *Cleaning Toilets & Urinals *Refill Supply Dispensers (Soap, Toilet Paper, paper towels) *Wipe down Baseboards *Sanitize all Doorknobs & Handles *Dust Blinds *Vacuum Upholstered Furniture Twice a week Minimum Requirement Based on $0.20 per sq ft + Clean Surcharge
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy (for Services) Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. Cancellations made up to 48 hours before a scheduled appointment (via email, text, phone call) will be processed without a penalty. Cancellations made 48 hours or less before an appointment will be subject to a charge of half of the service rate. This includes appointments where our service provider is unable to access the property, is turned away, or the client is unavailable. If Synchronized Cleaning cancels an appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice, a new appointment will be scheduled without penalty to the client, subject to availability. Cancellation Policy (Packages) Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause. Either party may terminate this agreement for any reason with 1 (one) business day written notice to the other Party. In the event that this agreement is cancelled prior to the completion of the 30-day period; a partial payment charged at the daily rate of the weekly/monthly rate is due immediately to the Consultant. Upon termination of this Agreement for any reason, Synchronized Cleaning shall be entitled to receive such compensation and reimbursement, if any, accrued under the terms of this Agreement, but unpaid, as of the date Synchronized Cleaning ceases work under this Agreement. In addition, Synchronized Cleaning shall be reimbursed for any noncancelable obligations, any cancellation penalties, and any expenditures reasonably made in order to perform the Services that were to occur had cancellation not occurred.
